With the development of industry, the multi-wedge belt is used in a more demanding environment, and the mistakes in the process of use greatly reduce the user experience. Here is how to avoid the mistakes:
(1) Use a pipe bar to pry the mounting
Consequence: the skeleton wire is damaged and the strength of the belt is greatly reduced
Correct operation: first relax the tensioning wheel, then put in the belt, and then tighten the belt to fit the tension.
(2) Improper belt tension
Consequences: the belt tension is too low, easy to slip, belt wear, transmission failure; The belt tension is too high, the string and rubber are easy to be separated
Proper operation: fixed tensioning: fixed tensioning wheel 125N -- 150N/ wedge, automatic tensioning wheel 65-85n/wedge.
(3) Fault trough installation
Consequences: when installing the belt, it is easy to be wrongly installed on the rim of the belt wheel, causing wear and tear on the side of the belt and the top
Correct operation: after the belt is installed, feel the belt around the belt to prevent the belt from being misplaced
(4) The pulley is not coplanar
Consequences: the pulley is not coplanar shaft and the pulley plane is not coplanar, two kinds of non-coplanar situation will accelerate the belt wear, or even cause the belt skeleton line out
